It is not often I write to a boss or manager about an employee but my husband and I were so impressed by Ben Southwell that we felt compelled to send this letter.

My first contact with Ben was as a potential vendor. We had listed our home with another agent but failed to sell over a 3 month period. During this time I visited several Highland Property Agents listed properties. I was extremely impressed with Ben’s follow-up skills.
